SAGINAW, MI — A 20-year-old Saginaw guy is maneuvering to jail for supplying a deadly batch of heroin and fentanyl to a Bay County guy.
Showing up in court for sentencing on March 5, Tomas Garcia initially addressed Saginaw County Circuit Judge Darnell Jackson thursday.
